We believe getting access to accident-related resources shouldn't come with an upfront cost. AccidentDocuments.com is able to offer its services free of charge with support/sponsorship from participating businesses and professionals, including law firms, healthcare providers, insurance-related companies, collision repair providers and intermediary marketing firms for these service providers.

When you submit a request, you authorize us to provide the contact information you submit to one or more participating sponsors that may offer services related to your accident or recovery. A participating provider may contact you by phone, text message, or email. Where permitted, telephone communications may use automated dialing technology or artificial or prerecorded voice messages.

AccidentDocuments.com does not investigate your accident, review the merits of a potential claim, or determine what professional services you may need. Participation in our network is paid, and the inclusion or assignment of a provider should not be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, or determination that the provider is better qualified than another option.

When a law firm is assigned through the service, the assignment is made using neutral criteria, such as jurisdiction, and/or random selection among participating providers. An assignment does not mean that a particular attorney or law firm is the "best," "right," or preferred choice for your needs, nor does it constitute an evaluation of the attorney's work, qualifications, or suitability for your particular matter. You remain free to choose whether to contact, hire, or work with any provider.

Using AccidentDocuments.com or submitting your information does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client, medical, insurance, or other professional relationship with MyAccident.org or any participating provider. Any such relationship must be established separately between you and the provider.

By using our service and submitting your information, you agree to the AccidentDocuments.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
