We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The information and services provided through the Site are intended for users located in jurisdictions where such services may lawfully be provided. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use the Site or submit information through the Site.
AccidentDocuments.com Services
AccidentDocuments.com is a service operated by Telluride Digital LLC that helps individuals locate, request, obtain, and/or access accident and crash reports and related public records.
Where available, AccidentDocuments.com may assist users in obtaining a copy of an accident or crash report at no charge to the user.
Availability of a report may depend on the applicable law-enforcement agency, governmental agency, public-record custodian, jurisdiction, report type, processing requirements, and other circumstances outside our control.
AccidentDocuments.com does not create the underlying accident or crash reports. Reports and related information may be supplied by governmental agencies, law-enforcement agencies, public-record custodians, or other third-party sources.
We do not guarantee that a requested report will be available, that a particular agency will provide a report, or that the information contained in a report is accurate, complete, or current.
Not a Law Firm or Professional Service Provider
ACCIDENTDOCUMENTS.COM IS NOT A LAW FIRM, DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CONSULTING WITH A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY.
AccidentDocuments.com also does not provide medical treatment, medical advice, collision repair services, insurance services, or other professional services unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may provide users with an opportunity to request information from or connect with third-party professionals, including:
- Law firms and attorneys
- Medical professionals and healthcare providers
- Collision repair facilities and automotive service providers
- Other third-party professionals or service providers
These third parties are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of AccidentDocuments.com unless expressly stated otherwise.
A request for information, telephone call, email, text message, referral, or connection does not by itself create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, repair-provider/customer, insurance, or other professional relationship.
Any professional relationship you establish with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.
Sponsors and Third-Party Professionals
AccidentDocuments.com may be supported by sponsoring law firms, medical professionals, collision repair businesses, and other service providers.
In connection with providing our free accident-report assistance, we may offer users the opportunity to connect with one or more sponsoring professionals.
If you choose to request a connection or provide your contact information for this purpose, you authorize AccidentDocuments.com and applicable sponsoring or participating businesses to use the information you provide to contact you regarding their services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
A sponsoring professional may contact you by telephone, email, text message, or other communication method based on the information and permissions you provide.
AccidentDocuments.com does not guarantee, endorse, or recommend any particular sponsoring professional.
You are responsible for evaluating any third-party professional or service provider before entering into a professional or business relationship with them.
Telephone and SMS Communications
If you voluntarily provide your telephone number and request information, assistance, or a connection with a third-party professional, you may receive telephone calls and/or text messages from AccidentDocuments.com, our service providers, or participating sponsors regarding your request.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain the applicable consent before sending marketing or other communications.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from AccidentDocuments.com.
You may opt out of text messages by following the instructions contained in the applicable message, including replying "STOP" where supported. You may also contact us using the contact information provided below.
Permission to Share Your Information
AccidentDocuments.com provides accident-report assistance without charging users for the basic service. To operate this service and facilitate requested connections, we may collect and share information you provide with service providers, sponsoring law firms, medical professionals, collision repair businesses, and other participating partners, as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
The information that may be shared can include information you provide concerning an accident, your contact information, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or facilitate a requested connection.
You understand that when you request a connection with a sponsor or third-party professional, that third party may contact you directly. Use of AccidentDocuments.com's free accident-report service does not require you to hire or purchase services from any sponsoring professional. You are free to decide whether to communicate with or engage any sponsor or third-party provider.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information.
Free Accident Report Assistance
Our basic accident-report assistance is provided to users without a fee. AccidentDocuments.com may assist in locating or obtaining accident or crash reports from governmental agencies or other record custodians.

- A particular accident report exists
- A particular report is available to the public
- A governmental agency will release a report
- A report will be available immediately
- A report will contain complete or accurate information
- A report can be obtained in every jurisdiction
Government agencies and other record custodians may impose their own requirements, restrictions, processing times, or fees.
Public Records and Government Sources
AccidentDocuments.com may use information obtained directly or indirectly from governmental agencies, law-enforcement agencies, public-record databases, and other public or authorized sources.
AccidentDocuments.com is not necessarily the original custodian of any accident report or other governmental record made available through the Site. The governmental agency or other official record custodian remains responsible for maintaining the underlying official record.
If you believe information contained in an official report is inaccurate, you should contact the applicable governmental agency or record custodian.
Purchasing or Requesting Records
Although our basic accident-report assistance is provided at no charge to users, certain governmental agencies, record custodians, or third-party providers may charge fees for records, processing, copying, delivery, certification, or other services.
Where necessary to fulfill your request, you authorize AccidentDocuments.com and its authorized service providers to communicate with applicable governmental agencies or record custodians on your behalf.
We do not guarantee that a requested record can be obtained or that any particular governmental agency will process a request.
